What To Do With Thick Poofy Hair

In the new online portal gioventu.it "

Interview with Minister Giorgia Meloni

E 'was launched a few days ago, the new portal dedicated to youth policy initiated by the Berlusconi government. At present it is the Minister Giorgia Meloni with "a few words, are necessary, as is customary in the online world." But above all "the word to your youth" (ed.). In fact, the new site proposed by the Minister of Youth is "an open site, a kind of virtual marketplace where you can receive information not only institutional, but also exchange views and ideas."

Minister Meloni for a few days is the new online site "gioventu.it. In her statement presentation speaks of a "break with the established mechanisms of corporate communication." What, then, the innovative aspects that characterize the new portal?
When we put in the new construction site of the ministry we have created a place that while maintaining the characteristic of being a corporate site, opened its doors to the comparison with the young people to whom it is dedicated. So we've chosen to avoid one-way communication, from the series: "I do see us as you do." Rather we chose to engage directly with the Italian youth in the same challenge: to take part in the fate of his generation and together with that of their national community. This is certainly of a "rupture" with the established mechanisms of corporate communication. Like all experimental designs, including one that relates to our site is constantly evolving. In order to test the response of the guys we open free to the comments part of the site, ask the students to speak on a specific theme that changes every month. It 's a way that we think need to channel the debate and make it more constructive than a generic sfogatoio, of which the web is full of itself. The first weeks have been positive. The boys participated in a constructive manner and therefore likely will expand gradually the area of \u200b\u200bthe box.

Among the issues is Gioventu.it also to promote a revolution of merit. Could you explain what measures will start for young talent and to facilitate their integration into the labor market?
Often in Italy you have the feeling that the boys be given the quest for a shortcut, as if the goal was to create a generation of "smart guys for piacerino. I think this is exactly the opposite of what young people want. The previous generation and also by the government, I think children expect trust, values, ideals, positive examples, especially the recognition of meritocracy. We have some projects in the pipeline. The first, in collaboration with the Minister for Public Administration and Innovation, Renato Brunetta. This is the program "Bringing Talent. The idea comes from a book by Roger Abravanel titled "Meritocracy," and contains about 1000 to train and develop young Italians to be included in public administration. The plan should be structured in several programs, coordinated with each other through the progressive selection of the top 10, 100 and 1000 young Italian graduates, on the basis of a separate national test. Of course, with the involvement of the School of PA The goal is to create three groups that receive adequate scholarships, training and excellent career opportunities appropriate to be immediately inserted into the central and local governments, national and international.

And as regards the section on "Best of Youth," which has contents?

The media tell the young generation of today is composed of young criminals, made up of thugs and bullies or, at best, seduced by the example of TV's most insignificant characters, which were free of a civilian mission, spiritual or policy should be. E 'distorted portrait of the Italian youth of today. I insist: the young are not just a mass of parasite-nothing who shun responsibility. It 's true that today our youth undergoes a bombardment incessant wrong messages, wrong tools, wrong examples. But it's just the way to resist to all this that reveal the extraordinary qualities of this generation. It only takes a little 'good will to find a very different reality in today's youth. There are thousands of stories every day of solidarity, courage, genius and talent who unfortunately never had the front pages ol'hanno was only for a moment. One of the goals that I post on my ministry is just to tell, bring forth these examples. We've created a special section of the site, which tell the true stories of men and women between 15 and 35. Stories that will be told and is marked by famous writers from both guys. The first example was written by Federico Moccia, an author especially close to the young. Besides publishing stories told by those who are not famous yet, but knows a story that considers the penalty should be known and wants to learn the art of the story. You do not have to do is send mail to the address indicated on the website: the best will be published.

The portal is also space for community youth. What are they and when they are activated?
youth communities are gathering spaces for young people and organized by young people who have not passed the age of 35. Real places where you can surf the internet, read newspapers, make music, theater, cinema, sports, painting, photography, poetry, but also to rediscover the traditional knowledge. Spaces in which to organize conferences, courses, workshops and where mature relationships, personal skills and vocations. The goal is to offer the younger generations of the spaces that represent an alternative to boredom and disengagement, which often form the basis of phenomena of discomfort, especially in the suburbs of large metropolitan cities and in some places in the south.
The communities are being promoted with a few statutory constraints: no-profit, democratic access to offices, electivity of the charges among members complying with the registration, budget transparency, the absence of any type of discrimination, a statement of purpose of the community. Such constraints are essential to join the national register established in the Department of Youth and consequently to take advantage of contributions from the "fund youth communities", whose budget is 5 million euro per year. The bill establishes that it is going through Parliament, the community could become operational in the spring.

The site also allows you to download the episodes broadcast by Youth Radio and participate with their contributions to the "Focus". What will be the topics discussed in these spaces?
Youth Radio will start in the coming days. Will cover all current topics related to the powers of the ministry. Inspired by the letters we receive every day from readers of the site. As for the Focus, we started with the theme of ecstasy and, following the cues provided by the contributions of the boys, we got to touch another controversial issue, that of the Smart Shop, among other stores that sell products which are not yet in the tables of illegal substances have the same effects of some drugs. The theme of the next Focus, instead, will be chosen from among those that offer the children themselves in their emails.

If you were to fill an imaginary "toolbox" with tools that allow young people to enter more easily into the labor market, which would you choose?
commitment, determination, creativity and even optimism: These are the tools that today more than ever should not be missed. Young people know they can not surrender to the difficulties that these years will put him in the face. One thing is certain: The economic situation has changed and our job - as a government - is to adapt the company to a changing job market. It is a challenge that affects not only the labor policies, but is the basis of the many initiatives that the Youth ministry is committed to continue with one goal: grooming flexibility. The goal of the entire government is to develop means of making the flexibility of a window into the world of work rather than a state of permanent uncertainty. It should, however, better coordination between education and work - I think the topic of internships and apprenticeships - and a reinforcement of the connection between demand and supply of labor, with greater involvement of public and private, first of all Universities. Young people must be enabled to work even when it comes to combining work with study, or with experience of short duration in summer, in the form of occasional, that this does not go to work irregular or black.
